I offer both in person services and telehealth services. My office location is 1101 30th St., NW, Suite 250, Washington, DC, 20007, a 10-15 minute walk from the Foggy Bottom-GWU (Blue Line) and DuPont Circle (Red Line) metro stations. The office building is in between 29th and 30th Sts just off M St. in Georgtown. Metered parking is available on the streets surrounding the office outside of rush hours, and there are several garage parking options very close for a fee, including building parking
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your treatment needs and whether I am a good fit to meet those needs. During this call I am happy to discuss my current fees. Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. I am an out of network provider and do not accept insurance payments. I do, however, provide you with a bill at the end of each month with a diagnosis and procedure code to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
I accept payment directly from clients for services provided at the time of service. Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, ACH bank transfers are accepted, but not credit cards.
